The hub is an education and trade-tracking service for members. It shows statistics from your own MetaTrader account, lessons, tools and a community. It is not a broker, we do not hold or manage your money, and nothing in the hub is financial advice, a recommendation or a trading signal.
You must be 18 or over to join. Membership is personal to you and you must not share your login.
Entry is £9.99 a month and VIP is £19.99 a month (VIP replaces Entry). IB Pro, where offered to approved introducers, is £40 a month and includes an Entry membership. Payments are taken monthly by Stripe in advance. Prices include any VAT that applies. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.
You can cancel at any time in Settings in a couple of taps. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. When you join you agree to start straight away, so you lose your 14-day right to cancel for the part of the service you've already used; if you cancel within 14 days we will refund the unused part on request.
You connect using a read-only (investor) password, which is passed to our connection provider and never stored by us. The hub can read your trades but can never place trades or move money. You can disconnect at any time.
Be respectful. Don't post trade signals, promises of profit, spam, other people's personal information or anything illegal. We may remove posts and suspend or remove members who break these rules.
The AI coach and other AI features produce automated answers based on your own data. They can make mistakes, they never give buy or sell advice, and you should not rely on them as financial advice.
The leaderboard shows your nickname and your percentage growth only, never your balance or real name. You can hide yourself in Settings.
Trading is high risk. We are not responsible for any trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and you can also use the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
