Your email, nickname, optional full name, your membership and payment status (card details are held by Stripe, not us), your MetaTrader account number, server and trade history, journal notes and screenshots, community posts, coach chats, and basic usage information such as when you last signed in.
To provide the membership you've paid for (contract), to keep the hub secure and improve it (legitimate interests), and to meet legal and tax duties (legal obligation).
Other members only see your nickname, your community posts and your leaderboard percentage. LA Trades (the owner) can see your real name and membership details. Your coach chats are private to you. If you joined through an introducer (IB) link, your trading statistics are shared with that IB, as shown when you joined; your coach chats and passwords never are.
Supabase (database and storage), Vercel (hosting), MetaApi (read-only MetaTrader connection), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails) and Anthropic (AI features). Some process data outside the UK under approved safeguards.
While you're a member, and up to 6 years after for payment and tax records. Removed members' trading data is deleted within 30 days.
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to object, by emailing latradesuk@gmail.com. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
